Individual Session:  200.00

Each 1/2 hour increment added to individual session:  100.00

Family Therapy:  225.00/hour

Group Therapy:  75.00 - 200.00 based upon modality

Payment is due at the beginning of in-person sessions.

Susan will hold a credit card on file for those who wish to pay by credit, and for clients who prefer virtual sessions.

Professional Consulting Services

Individual or group consultations for professionals: Consulting sessions are offered on a short-term, time-limited, or ongoing long-term basis, depending upon client's needs.

Insurance Information

Please note that clients who are utilizing out-of-network benefits are expected to pay full fee at each session.

Susan is licensed in Virginia and The District of Columbia to practice as a Clinical Social Worker. As such, a client's insurance company may reimburse according to the guidelines they have established for out-of-network providers. Clients will be provided, upon request, a "super bill" or statement of service that may be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement. First, clients should call the customer service number on the back of the insurance card (mental health number). Ask what the reimbursement rate is for a licensed clinical social worker, and any information the insurance company requires in order to submit for reimbursement.
