Main Street Therapy is located in Suite 200 on the 2nd floor of the "Blue Victorian" on Main Street in Old Town Fairfax. Main Street Therapy houses a group of highly skilled individual private practice psychotherapists, counselors, dietitians, and nutritionists.

Susan E. Folwell, LCSW

Susan Folwell is a psychotherapist, consultant and clinical supervisor for pre-licensed, master's level, and licensed therapists. Her clinical work centers on helping clients heal from trauma and complex trauma. She is Board Certified in domestic violence, including all forms of abuse.

Diane M. Hoekstra, Ph.D.

Diane Hoekstra is a licensed clinical psychologist with a certification in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. This form of therapy combines "talk therapy" with with exploration of the somatic experience of the body. She works with survivors of childhood trauma as well as survivors of trauma in adulthood.
